3.3 KM from Toronto Pearson International Airport, with a free shuttle service both ways.

If you’re taking transit from downtown Toronto: take the UP train from Union Station to Pearson Airport (approximately 25-minutes).

Regular $28 per-day on-site parking. A conference discount will be provided at the registration table.

Should you wish to change your registration from in-person to virtual, please email us at info@sparkconferences.com.

Changing from in-person to virtual at least 4 business days prior to the event date:

The full amount of your in-person registration will be refunded. Purchasing a new registration at the current rate is required.

Changing from in-person to virtual within 3 business days of the event date:

Within 3 business days, there are no refunds or credits for transitions from in-person to virtual. However, if you wish to attend the event virtually, please email info@sparkconferences.com so we can provide your unique link to access the virtual platform.

If you need access, please contact us at info@sparkconferences.com. Access is available upon request but not automatically included.

Your login details are included in your event ticket, which was sent to you upon registration.

If you registered a colleague to attend, the event ticket—containing their unique access link—was sent directly to them. As the purchaser, you will not receive this information on their behalf.

If your colleague did not receive their ticket, please contact us at info@sparkconferences.com, and we’ll be happy to resend it.

Conference recordings are available on our website. Simply navigate to the “On Demand” section in the top menu bar. Access to this page is protected by a passcode, which can be found on your ticket. The recordings will be available here the week after the conference.

You will receive an email reminder when the recordings are ready.

Additionally, as a ticket holder, you have access to past conference recordings from the time you purchase your ticket until 30 days after the conference.

Please note that not all recordings are available, depending on permissions from speakers.

If someone else is attending the event in your place, please email info@sparkconferences.com to update the existing registration.

You may request a participant replacement at any time up to 24 hours prior to the event.

Note that it is not possible to request a replacement for a portion of the event. The registered individual is the only one who can attend all the event sessions.

Conference PowerPoint presentations are available on our website in PDF format. Simply navigate to the “On Demand” section in the menu bar at the top of the page. Access to this page is protected by a passcode, which can be found on your ticket email. PDFs are available as we recieve them from speakers, or a week after the conference.

Please note that not all presentation PDFs are available, depending on permissions from speakers.

Yes, you may request to receive a letter of attendance from the conference. Please email us at info@sparkconferences.com.
