Neil has held senior leadership roles across hospital, community, and system settings, and is a co-founder of the Ontario Telemedicine Network, one of the largest virtual care programs of its kind globally.

Through his advisory work, Neil supports organizations in translating strategy into execution—advancing integrated care models, enabling cross-sector partnerships, and scaling digitally enabled services that extend care beyond traditional settings. His work is particularly focused on rural, remote, and hard-to-service communities.
He currently serves as a strategic advisor to multiple health system organizations and innovation initiatives across North America, including work advancing the responsible adoption of AI and digitally enabled care models in partnership with academic and industry collaborators.
Neil is known for his ability to connect strategy to execution—bringing together health system leaders, providers, and partners to design and scale solutions that move beyond pilots and deliver real, sustained impact.

John Vail

John Vail is an experienced health-system operator and commercialization leader who connects healthcare buyers with Canadian innovators to solve real clinical and operational challenges. As Director of the Commercialization Program in Ontario and the LTC Subnetwork, he identifies system needs, structures and oversees commercialization projects, and supports the scaling of validated solutions across care settings. John brings hands-on operational insight from one of Ontario’s largest community academic hospitals, where he led clinical teams through the COVID-19 pandemic, managed complex program expansions, and helped design and implement new models of care.
