Dai Mukherjee is a leader in EY’s Digital Health Consulting practice. Dai has over 22 years of consulting experience and has proven expertise in large-scale digital transformations in healthcare organizations in Canada, including hospitals and ministries. He has expertise in strategy development, business case development, governance models, technology procurement, change management, and program management. Dai is also working with several healthcare clients on data and AI initiatives: Data Governance, Responsible AI Frameworks,

AI Use Case selection and implementation. Dai is an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India.

Greg Hedgecoe is EY’s National Healthcare Sector Workforce Advisory Leader and Global Co-Lead for Healthcare People and Organization Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience, Greg helps healthcare organizations lead major workforce, technology and operational changes, including hospital information systems, workforce management platforms and new models of care. He brings 12 years of experience as a healthcare HR leader, including serving as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Human Resources Officer for an acute care hospital in Ontario, and as Champlain Region HR Lead during the COVID-19 pandemic response. Greg works with healthcare leaders to engage clinicians, staff and partners, build confidence through change, and support the successful adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working.
