Where is the Conference located?
The Conference will take place in Israel at multiple venues. Delegates will stay in two hotels, one hotel in Tel Aviv and one hotel in Jerusalem. Transportation to all venues is included in the fee.

How can I reserve a hotel guestroom, and what are the rates?
You don’t need to reserve a hotel guestroom, as accommodations are included in the fees.

I would like to book the Registration and Accommodation (Double Occupancy) ticket, but I don’t have a roommate.
If you don’t have a roommate please contact info@SparkConferences.com and we will assign a roommate from others who have put forward the same request. If you don’t want to share a guestroom, please book the single room occupancy supplement. Please note there is also the option to bring a travel partner, as there will be touristic activities planned for those who are accompanying the main delegates, but not attending the educational portion of the event.

I only want to attend one the education portion of the event, is that possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time.

Is the conference agenda available?
Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. We will email the final agenda to all registered delegates closer to the Conference date.

How can I receive a list of participants or attendees?
The participant list will be sent to registered delegates closer to the Conference day.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
A certificate of attendance is available upon request by emailing info@sparkconferences.com following the conference.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Please see the Terms and Conditions page for more details.

Do you recommend a particular flight in and out of Toronto?
We recommend using Signal Tours (rivka.honig@signaltours.com) and specify that you are booking for the Emergency Preparedness Conference. However, feel free to contact your own travel agent and compare offers.
