From Compliance to Culture:

The Next Generation of Quality Care

Friday, October 16th, 2026 @ 12:00PM ET | Live Webinar

Presented by Spark Conferences

Healthcare quality cannot be achieved through standards, policies, and measurement alone. While accreditation and quality frameworks provide an essential foundation for safe and reliable care, lasting improvement occurs when quality becomes embedded in an organization’s culture – shaping how leaders lead, how teams work, and how decisions are made every day. Moving from compliance to culture requires organizations to look beyond simply meeting requirements and create environments where continuous improvement, accountability, learning, and patient-centredness are shared responsibilities.

We will explore what the next generation of quality care looks like, and the critical role leaders play in creating it. The session will examine how leadership behaviours influence organizational culture, why patient experience should remain central to how quality is understood and measured, and how healthcare organizations can transform accreditation and quality expectations into meaningful improvements in everyday care.

Key Session Takeaways Include:

  • Quality is a culture, not a program
  • Patient experience is the ultimate quality measure
  • Leaders shape quality through their behaviours
