Can I Switch to Online?

Should you wish to change an Event ticket from in-person to online, please email us at info@sparkconferences.com.

Changing from In-person to Online at least 15 calendar days prior to the Event date:

The full amount of your in-person Event ticket will be refunded. Purchasing a new Event ticket at the current rate is required.

Changing from In-person to Online between 4 and 14 calendar days prior to the Event:

The difference in price between the two tickets will result in a credit toward one future Event registration fee. This credit must be used within 12 months from the Event date.

Changing from In-person to Online within 3 calendar days of the Event date:

Within 3 calendar days, there are no refunds or credits for transitions from in-person to online.

 

Replacement

If someone else will be attending the Event in your place, please send an email to info@sparkconferences.com to successfully update the existing registration.

You may request a participant replacement at any time up to 24 hours.

Note that it is not possible to request a replacement for a portion of the Event. For instance, an attendee only participates for specific sessions or days.

Do I Need a Zoom Account?

No, however, if you would like to open one for free, you can do so here.

If you already have Zoom please ensure it is updated to the latest version by opening the Zoom application, clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner, and selecting “Check for Updates”.

Do I Need to Have the Camera on at Any Time?

For certain sessions we may request that you turn your webcam on in order to participate in a dicussion. As a general rule: you always have the option to do what you’re more comfortable with.

Where Is the Login Information?

An email with the login information is sent one week prior to the conference. If you haven’t received this email within one week prior to the event, please email us at info@sparkconferences.com.

General Questions

Can I Watch the Recordings?

All attendees of the conference will be given select sessions to watch on-demand after the conference ends. On-demand sessions are subject to release pending speaker permissions and any information security concerns.

Can I Receive a Letter of Attendance?

Yes, you may request to receive a letter of attendance from the conference. Please email us at info@sparkconferences.com.

Where Can I Get a Copy of All PowerPoint Presentations?

Session presentations will be available in PDF format on the conference HUB as we receive them from speakers. You will receive the link and passcode in an email closer to the conference date.
